Pacific Spa is the first spa consulting company founded in Japan in 1999. With experience in the wellness and beauty industry both domestic and overseas, we have expanded our spa business to provide a comprehensive range of services including spa development and management for luxury hotels, resorts and other commercial facilities, consultation on opening and operating a spa, cosmetic product development, spa professionals training. We also offer spa therapies that cater to various needs from traditional medicine treatment to the most advanced beauty and wellness services.
While challenging innovation and creativity, we constantly strive to uphold our hospitality spirit which values harmony and traditional culture.

We continue to develop luxurious spaces, top-quality services, treatments and products while cultivating global talents for the spa industry.
I became attracted to the spa industry while working on resort development and construction management projects. Starting Pacific Hospitality Group from Japan and now expanding globally, especially into Asia, I have had meaningful encounters and build strong relationship with numerous partners and clients.At the time when our company was established in 1999, the Western spa business market was still focusing on stress reduction and anti-aging skincare.
Nowdays, however, the rapid growth of the Asia market has shifted customer demands to a more diversity of services that revolve around wellness, healthcare, destination resorts.The more technology development such as ICT and AI advances, the more increasingly necessary it becomes for the spa industry to base our communication with people on analog. We strive to create unique, original services and products that are versatile in capabilities to integrate harmony, nature, traditional culture and challenge creativity, innovation. We hope to share with our partners and clients our constant growth and success of our business.

Pacific Spa offers a comprehensive scope of consulting services that covers both pre and post-opening processes of spas in resorts or city central hotels, hot spring facilities and salons. EDUCATION
Nippon Spa College is the first educational institution for spa therapists founded in Japan. Our school holds top record in terms of number of graduates and students who have acquired the international license CIBTAC which enables them to work on a global scale. Superior technique and service training aiming at working at luxury hotel spas are essential elements to achieve success both before and after opening a spa.
OUR GLOBAL EXPERIENCES
Based in Okinawa, Asia’s gateway, our global company is expanding business mainly in the Asia region. We have worked on over 100 projects in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam and the UK. Under our direct management are also 8 luxury spas in Japan and an education institution for spa professionals that meet international standard in both service and technical skill training. We have also cooperated with national universities to conduct researches on wellness programs.
